  • All prices are without tourism tax (2,40 EUR/night/person over the age of 15 years).
  • The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce apply.
  • For a 10th person staying in the house, we charge a surcharge of €30 per night.
  • The cleaning fee is a one-time charge of €120 per booking and is not included in the price.
  • Booking process: We kindly ask for a deposit of 30% of the booking price within 7 days of reservation. The remaining 70% is due no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
  • Cancellation policy:
  • Up to 2 months before arrival: free of charge
  • Up to 1 month before arrival: 30% of the accommodation price
  • Up to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the accommodation price
  • Within the week before arrival: 90% of the accommodation price
  • On the day of arrival: 100% of the accommodation price

    Good to know

    Equipment
    Self Catering, kitchen equipment, bed linen and towels are provided.

    Check-in and check-out
    The rooms are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Please let us know when you are arriving. At departure we ask you to check out of the rooms by 10 am at latest.

    Internet
    You have free Wi-Fi in the entire house.

    Parking
    There are 4 parking spots in front of the house.

    No elevator
    The rooms are located on the 1st floor. We would like to inform you that we do not have an elevator in our house.

    No smoking
    Smoking is not permitted in our entire house.

    To ensure that everyone feels comfortable
    Please treat all furnishings with care and prudence. Be considerate of the neighbours and do not cause any noise after 10 pm.

    Dogs
    Well-behaved dogs are allowed in our house on request. We charge a fee of 9 euros per dog/day.

    The landlord owns a private, separated apartment on the 2nd floor, which shares the same staircase as the holiday apartment.
